One address reaches everybody here, and a person reads it. We answer inside two working days and usually the same afternoon.
Useful things to put in a message: which toy, what happened, and the order number if there is one. A photograph settles most questions about a part in one exchange rather than four.
Questions about where a parcel is, when it will arrive or how to send one back are answered faster by the store that shipped it, because they hold the order and we do not. Anything about the toy itself belongs with us.
We also read notes about the site. A broken page, a wrong measurement, a photograph that does not match what arrived: all of it is worth sending.
